Amazingly I had a huge loss this week – I weighed in at 273.2, which is a 5.2 lb loss. I think last week’s gain was just water retention, which is why I lost so much this week. I sort of fell off the wagon with tracking the past few weeks, but this week I forced myself to get back in the game. Tracking is still really important for me right now to make me aware of how many calories I’m eating per day, so I need to make sure I keep doing it on a daily basis.
For my Healthywage challenge, I am now ahead of my target. I’m expected to be 277.1, so I’m 5 lbs ahead. I purposely made my challenge so it wouldn’t be too stressful for me to lose the weight, as losing 60 lbs in a year is more than doable for someone my size.
