I’m getting this up a few days late this week, but I needed to report that I only had a 0.6 lb loss this week. Not the best, however, a loss is a loss. I kind of had a stressful week and struggled with my eating, although I did manage to track most of my food intake. I also had a lazy week in terms of steps and didn’t even hit my 11,000 goal a single day. Oops. (I also started my girly time week so there could be some water retention happening as well)
Despite my struggles this week, my 0.6 loss puts me at a total of 17 lbs! Currently weighing in at 279.6
I don’t see any visual differences yet, but I do notice my clothes are all fitting much better which is motivation enough to keep plugging along.
I also started something new this week – I’m betting on my weight loss with Healthywage! This is huge for me and I am so excited/nervous for the upcoming year. You can read more about Healthywage and my bet here.
