This week went fairly well in terms of tracking and exercise, however, I’m still struggling with the psychological aspect of using food as a comfort/stress reliever. I’m just going to have to learn how to cope without always turning to food because it isn’t just going to go away as I lose weight. Despite this, I managed to lose another 1.6 lbs.
I’m now at 277.2, which is down 18.4 lbs total.
I also did my first Healthywage weigh-in last week, which started out at 282.8 due to the fact I obviously had to be wearing clothes since I took a video, and that always adds a couple pounds. So for my Healthywage weight, I was actually down over 5 lbs! Which puts me ahead of the game. While I’m going to continue my weekly weigh-ins without clothing, I will have to do my final “official” weigh-in for Healthywage with clothes so I will be a bit heavier on the scale than if I was wearing no clothes. However, I plan to be down much more than 60 lbs by next December so a little-added weight from clothing won’t make a difference.
